Socks by the Season - Summer

Nothing says summer more than watermelon.

Pattern:  Standard Stockinette with a heel flap and gusset

Yarn:  The Fiber Seed 'Sprout'

Colorway:  Watermelon

I really, REALLY wanted to have a fancy pattern for this sock. The yarn just wasn't having it. I tried multiple times with several different patterns. Every time the yarn said an emphatic no.

So . . . stockinette it is.

I'm not mad about that.

BTW ---- actual watermelon has been OUTSTANDING this year.
